MyChatBot gives our customers a connected AI agent platform for building digital employees and automating critical parts of their business. Because people rely on the Service to run real workflows, everyone must use it in ways that don’t abuse it or put others at risk. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what we treat as misuse. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and also reflects the acceptable-use requirements of our subprocessors, including AI model providers. If you do not agree with it, your only remedy is to stop using the Service.

Security violations & network abuse

Do not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:

• Disrupt availability, degrade the uptime of the Service or any third party.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks, create or risk a denial-of-service condition against us or a third party.
• Bypass security, safety, or billing systems, circumvent usage limits, billing triggers, security controls, or safety filters; reverse-engineer to find limits or vulnerabilities; or attempt to “jailbreak” models or evade moderation safeguards.
• Create security risk, introduce a security or service risk to us, the Service, or a third party.
• Distribute malware or run cyber-attacks of any kind.
• Deploy spyware or covert surveillance, enable persistent tracking or monitoring of a person or device without valid consent or legal right.
• Run prompt-injection or jailbreak campaigns intended to defeat model safeguards.

Wrongful use

Do not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:

• Fake engagement or spread disinformation, create or publish artificial reviews, inauthentic engagement, or knowingly false or misleading content intended to harm.
• Open multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions imposed by us or a third party.
• Send spam, generate unsolicited messages you have no permission to send or that the law prohibits.
• Infringe intellectual property of MyChatBot or any third party.
• Misrepresent, impersonate people or businesses, hide that content is AI- or machine-generated, or engage in phishing or spoofing. Accounts may not be created with disposable email addresses.
• Violate privacy or identity rights, collect or generate personal data or biometric identifiers (facial, voice, or emotion recognition) without meeting legal requirements, or synthesize a person’s voice or likeness without their consent, and never for public officials or to deceive.
• Use manipulative or deceptive techniques that distort a person’s decisions, exploit vulnerabilities related to age, disability, or circumstance, or perform social scoring.
• Undermine democratic processes, suppress participation or spread false information in an electoral context.
• Make high-stakes automated decisions without meaningful human oversight in areas affecting safety, rights, or well-being, such as law enforcement, critical infrastructure, essential services, credit, employment, housing, education, or insurance.
• Develop weapons or other systems designed to cause harm.
• Circumvent third-party terms, use the Service primarily to violate the terms, guidelines, or technical parameters of a third party.

Illegal, harmful, or hateful activity

Do not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:

• Conduct fraudulent or illegal activity or facilitate violations of law.
• Threaten or incite violence likely to cause physical harm to people, animals, or property.
• Exploit minors in any way. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organizations.
• Dox people, harvest or expose personal information without consent.
• Generate sexually explicit content, including deepfakes.
• Produce hateful content, harass, abuse, or discriminate against others based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religion, age, disability, disease, or immigration status. Organizations whose stated purpose advocates such discrimination or violence may not use the Service.

Violation of this policy

We review possible violations case by case. Depending on the situation we may contact you to fix the issue, or we may suspend or terminate your Account, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may report suspected criminal activity to the competent authorities.
